Bearing components

Concert or rim (ring)
Each bearing has two inner and outer rings that cover the other components of this piece from two sides. Rims are usually made of resistant steel alloys.
Shotgun or roll (Rollling Elements)
The roller components of the bearing actually make the movement of the bearing possible with their rotation. Balls are generally made of steel.
Shelves or cage (cage)
The part that contains the bullets and prevents them from contacting each other. At the same time, it prevents the horizontal and lateral movement of the rolls. The shelves are made of fiber, steel or brass.
The bowl
It is placed between the rings and the cage. It may be on both sides of the cage and between the inner and outer rims, or it may be used only between the inner rim and the cage. The function of the bearing felt bowl is to prevent hydraulic oil from escaping inside the cages and between the rolls. This part is considered as a type of insulation against water penetration into the bearing.
Working bearings
Bearings can withstand both radial and axial loads. This time, it is fried from the outer layer to the rolls and then goes to the inner layer. In this way, the pressure resulting from friction is applied to the outer ring. This force that is transferred to the balls is reduced due to their rotation and is sent to the inner ring in a controlled manner. In fact, the smooth movement of the balls inside the racks, which is made smoother and easier with the help of the hydraulic oil inside the bearing, makes the wheels move more easily and makes the rotation of the rotating parts connected to the bearings easier. In this part, the speed and bearing capacity of the bearing changes. In bearings where roller balls are used, due to the small contact surface and the cross-section of the rolls with the rims, the movement speed increases, but the load bearing capacity decreases. But in bearings where cylindrical or pillow rolls are used, the speed is reduced and the endurance of the bearing is increased. Conical rolls also increase the movement speed on one side and increase the load bearing capacity on the other side of the bearing. They are used in cases where the speed and resistance of the difference on both sides of the wheel parts are needed.
